5 DAY RETURNS POLICY
AndAndrea upholds a fair, no hassle, 5 day returns policy so you can feel safe when making your purchases. We ask that you also act fairly when taking advantage of our Returns Policy. All returns are closely monitored and our system is programmed to decline future purchases from you if your 'history of returns' becomes excessive and unfair.
Our Returns Policy lasts 5 days from when you receive your purchase. If 5 days have gone by since you received your purchase and you have not yet posted your return back to us, unfortunately you do not qualify for a credit, refund or exchange.
To return an item, please post it within 5 days to: AndAndrea Returns, P.O. Box 270 Scarborough, WA, AUSTRALIA, 6922.
If your purchase qualifies for returning, please complete the following questions and send this sheet back with your return.

You’re responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning your item/s and your Return will remain your responsibility until received by AndAndrea. To document the return date of your item/s and to establish tracking in transit, we require you to use trackable postage. You’re welcome to use a slower, cheaper postage service as long as it’s trackable. If will be very much appreciated if your return is neatly folded in it’s original packaging with barcode attached.
We ONLY accept unworn, unwashed items in the exact same, 'new' condition they were received. Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. We will DEFINITELY reject your Return if any item has been worn or washed or is not in perfect, 'new' condition. If approved, your credit, refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days. If rejected, we will pay the postage costs and dispatch the original item/s back to you within 5 business days. AndAndrea reserves the right to make the final decision in all Return cases. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:
If you purchase from outside Australia, we always notify during checkout that your government may require you to pay customs and/or import taxes when you import from overseas (some governments allow duty and tax free purchases). All international customers are responsible for paying customs and import taxes if charged by their government. AndAndrea does not accept returns caused by customers refusing to pay their government’s import duty or taxes.
