AndAndrea upholds a fair returns policy so customers feel safe when making their purchases. We also expect our customers to take advantage of our Returns Policy ‘fairly’. All returns are closely monitored and our system is programmed to decline future purchases from any customer whose 'history of returns' becomes excessive and unfair.
Our Returns Policy lasts 7 days from when you receive your purchase. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase and you have not yet posted your return back to us, unfortunately you do not qualify for an exchange, refund or credit.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning your item/s and your Return will remain your responsibility until received by AndAndrea. To confirm your date of return, we require you to use trackable postage services.
We ONLY accept unworn, unwashed items in the exact same, 'new' condition they were received. Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. We will DEFINITELY reject your Return if any item has been worn or is not in perfect, 'new' condition. If approved, your exchange, refund or credit will be processed within 5 business days. If rejected, we will pay the postage costs and dispatch the original item/s back to you within 5 business days. AndAndrea reserves the right to make the final decision in all Return cases.
