We offer exchanges, refunds and credits ("Returns").

GENERAL
We understand with online shopping, it is essential to provide and uphold a fair returns policy, so customers feel safe when making their purchases. All returns are closely monitored and our system is programmed to decline all future sales from any customer whose 'history of returns' becomes excessive.
To initiate a Return, we require that you first arrange it with us by emailing customercare@andandrea.com.
Our Returns Policy lasts 7 days from when you receive your purchase. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange, refund or credit. 
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning your item and your Return will remain your responsibility until received by AndAndrea. It is therefore recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and trackable shipping services.
Upon dispute, AndAndrea reserves the right to make the final decision on all Return cases.

EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges if you picked the wrong size.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn and in the exact same, 'new' condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. We will DEFINITELY reject your exchange request if the item has been worn or is not in perfect, 'new' condition.
If approved, your exchange will be processed and dispatched to you within 5 business days.
If rejected, we will cover the shipping costs to dispatch the original item back to you within 5 business days.

REFUNDS & CREDITS
We offer refunds or credits if your item is defective or damaged and/or if we're not able to replace your returned item with an identical or suitable item or size (in your opinion) of equal value.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or credit. We will DEFINITELY reject your refund or credit request if the item has been worn or is not in perfect, 'new' condition.
If approved, your refund or credit will be processed, and either applied to your credit card or AndAndrea account within 10 business days.
If rejected, we will cover the shipping costs to dispatch the original item back to you within 5 business days.
